Ok, so i cant stand the idea of making a build thread but thought id post some pics of my car since I've just had a respray =D

Hope you all like them, am going to get a mate to take some professional pictures but the cars undergoing loads of changes at the minute =D

Only thing i'd change would be the mirrors.

would love to get mine totaly re sprayed and all the rust sorted on the rear arches god it anoys me

not sure what you mean about the mirrors but I'm guessing you mean "stubbys" which i dont like tbh, I thought something like poundies old ones would be alrite but maybe a little too much

6n2 stubby mirrors are definately the way forwards.

What're you going to be doing about a front plate?

front plate is cable tied to the bottom grille, ill get some more pics up this week at some point as will have done a few more bits too it =D

How old was the kids that done it for you, 5years old ?

Ok so I've been working today on the latest addition for the polo =D

Steffan RS's 14x8 and 14x9s =D

bought these from BaileyDUB at christmas and after having nitromorsed them i thought id wrecked them, until a good mate stepped up and turns out that he refurbs/polish's wheels for a living. =D

so I set about stripping them of all the paint and lacquer and primer/filler which was a ballache and then in 4 hours today we cracked on and am well happy =D

and the man himself at work, the work is costing me a lump sum of ZERO =D top dollar =D

the wheels are

14x8 with et-15 (i think)

14x9 with et-20

they are the same as foxie's old wheels and anyone who remember will know that he actually got pulled by the police and received 3 points, however i will be running a different tyre setup and my arches have been rolled and pulled whereas I'm pretty sure he hadnt done his arch work when he got caught =D

nah i dont =D lol was thinking about tinting them but I'm not sure...they work and stand out nicely which is the point =D lol

Ok so today i mostly spent finishing off the wheels and OMFG theyve come out ming =D am so so happy with the outcome and cant wait to get working on the car this weekend

just a couple of shots till i get them rubbered up and fitted along with lots more toys =D lol
