i hit a speed hump in my mk3 at 40-50 was fine :retard:

looks kl low though haha

Christ, it's an 04 plate too... never buying a new citroen.

all c2-c3-c4-c5-picasso all suffer from front spring snapping coils. there answer... put a guard around the lower coil so it doesnt catch the tyre!! LOL!

And to think I've had people try to tell me recently that newer french stuff is of much better build quality...

French laws are the reason they're poor quality. French market stuff has to have a high recycled content, this has a particularly hard impact on plastics.

But snapping coils,i know of two Corsa-C's that have suffered a snapped front coil spring and they weren't hitting a ramp at the time.

Rake ftw.

unless your talking about the latest c5 (lower spec) they are all fitted with hydro-pneumatic suspension and don't have springs.

tbf snapped coils are suprisingly common. I've had snapped rear coils and a couple of mk2 and 3 polos. granted they all have had over 100k on the clock by this point and still on original suspension

Both my GF and My sister BF have Clio's. And both have snapped front springs this year! They have a rubber cup on the bottom of the plate which i assume holds it in place, and helps with ride. However, there was a load of mud and crap in there when I removed it. The water just sits there as there is only a tiny drain hole thats immediately blocked. Lame

looks pretty sweet slammed :p

my mums got a c3 (shitbox) may just get new springs for her and not tell her :p

he put this pic on his FB just after he said he was getting a new motor that wasnt vag...in the end he bought a bmw 316. made everyone think this was his...

my manager has one of these as her car and its done 40k and shes had it since new

its a piece of shit, goes wrong all the time and also apparently gives her electric shocks if she touches the metal [although I'm sure thats balls]

either way, french cars are gash

i snapped a front coil spring in the company mk4 golf just going full lock
