Plastic & nicely back-to-blacked can look next level...

Depends on the car!

For me, though, it's all about black bumpers with the red stripe. And the full arch trim kit.

Is that car ^^ still about?

black or CC'd 8-)

As said, depends on the car. I'm biased towards colour-coded though:

My cars silver and cc but I can't decide if I should go back to standard. Just too many choices

Fresh Black + GT/G40 arches = Instant WIN! :)

think the standard black with the red strip looks smart for the win.

1/2 colour coded it depends on the car and the colour think red looks bit overpowering with it.

Going 1/2 coded on mine in black so hoping it will look nice add some extra reflective paint for summer.

Aye.

One of my mates had a mk2 polo coupe S for a while and he was always moaning about the back of the car 'looking too high'. He said he preferred the back of the mk3 polo as the bumper wasn't so skinny.

This led me to wonder whether you could fit mk3 bumpers onto a mk2? Is this possible?

you can yeh check out the red squareback in the members gallery mk2 section, personally i think they look fecking awful on a mk2 but each to thier own

Ah kewl. I prefer both the mk2 and mk3 with their own respective bumpers too, was just interested to know if it was possible :-D

yes mine got red half bumpers and red boot plynth mine got all the arches on.

Just depends on the style your going for.

If the cars red half coded works well, if its silver or black then fully coded works . If its white i personally think that with a red stripe adds too much colour and clashes n aswell i think half and fully coded just doesnt suit the paintwork. I think with white the best is linseed oil black bumpers with trims on or without trims

The black trim split it up nicely.
