get it seam welded up and run bonded on arch trims (make sure who-ever seam welding it, only does it a few cms at a time else it will warp the panel and you will have double fail) not the end of the world, just the price you pay to be hellaflush as scene gibbons like to call it.

yeah but if it warps outwards with heat, kinda gets you a flare and more room for lows :p haha

i meant the guy who somehow thought putting a tap into a bolt would mean you could pull it out? like he didnt know you have to turn them to get them out LOL.

its your mistake and youve admitted it, with arches you can have rolled or cut etc, you went for cut and it didnt work out, getting a wheel bolt out there were several other options lol.

If you want to keep this car or plan to sell it then id just advise a re-shell - for the sake of a few quid for a scrapped shell in decent nick, and a weekend or two's work with a couple of mates, you will have a shell with NO problems in the future! But then i learnt the hard way, after 18 months and over £2k rebuilding i discovered the inner arch had rotted outwards from the inside. By that time i didnt have the time, money or desire to reshell so I had to strip and scrap the fucker, was not happy!

dnt ever plan on selling this ,its coming to the end till its totally unfixable :)
