You could try contacting eBay again, tell them that the authorities have been contacted and that the listing should be removed.

I had replied to their response the 1st time I reported it, but they just said that they won't do anything because he's not breaking any rules etc..

The only way they will investigate and/or remove the auction is if the authorities contact ebay themself :(

Hopefully once pohlohmadness updates the police about the info we have found, they can contact ebay to remove it :)
