just bought some wheels for my polo they are 9 inch wide on the back and 8 inch wide on the front 14" wheels, just wondering what would be the best size tyre to get some real nice stretch, cheers :)

well TyreStretch is currently down, but you can look through all different tyre sizes and widths and see how much you want

if you're nuts you can fit a 165/40 to an 8j

195 45 14 is what people mainly do on 9 which look mint imo , i have 195 45 14 on my 8s all round and looks not too over the top but if you want nice stretch i would say 195 45 on the 9 :)

Iv ran 195/45/14 on my 8s and 9s i found it way to chucky mate and the 8s just looked crap hardly any stretch compered to the 9j. Then i went for 195/40/14 conti's and the stretch was perfect all round and didnt look chucky at all.

195/45/14 all round 8s up front 9s out back.

O its a 6n2 settle for 195/45s mate the 40s will make you have to go realy low to close the arch gap unless thats what you want.
