Well if this qualifies as being about cars,and stays open,i'll try and think of a few.

A coupe off my head you may not be expecting are Knights of Cydonia by Muse,and Trance atlantic glide by Utah Saints.

I'm getting married today,and having some epic chill-out and soft trance played on the run-up to the ceremony - i used to listen to this sort of music when i had all day driving home from the last night shift (when i was single,obviously) whether plotted in a dark rainy traffic jam or cruising on a sunny open road,miles away from any normal de-tour.

Tunes like 'Elegia' by New Order, 'Emotion 98.6' by Mylo, obviously some William Orbit,Orbital etc. What you listen to can affect your driving and some chill-trance can really take you somewhere else on a long journey in a car.

Can't stand chillout kinda stuff in the car, makes me sleepy!

As said, new chase and status album is epic, the Loadstar remix of Blind Faith is pretty damn good too!

This tune owns for driving though :-D
