Well unfortunatly I'm needing to sell this on right after I spent a load of money it! I did all the work that needed doing to get it running sweet as a nut as I was planning on keeping it for a while but I found a house and I'm moving out of home with my girlfriend for our first home togehter and I need the money to furnish and pay the deposit... so I will be losing money on this but i need the money now!

Spec:

1999 MK4 Golf 1.9 GT TDI 110 AHF (50-60mpg all day long!!)

-Lowered on coilovers (o/s/f may need some attention)

-Chassis notch

-Engine spacers (thanks Steve McScene!)

-Backbox removed (sounds alright not too loud)

-K&N Induction kit

-Boost button on dash (makes it alot quicker-duno how? previous owner did it but it is very useful and makes a massive difference to acceleration!)

-GTI Black Recaro front seats

-Ready to roll... T&T still on the car MOT till May, need to find out when tax it up.

-Good tyres all round on standard 15" alloys.

-Good on insurance, I paid £840 with mods declared and I'm 20!

- Oh and US spec front numberplate

Recent Work:

-New complete Cambelt, tensioners kit and water pump (less than 1000miles ago - got ripped cost me £385!)

-Dual Mass Flywheel/clutch replaced literally 300 miles ago

-Replaced sump and oil.... again 300miles ago (£60.00)

-O/S/R Caliper replaced 300miles ago (£25.00)

-When clutch was done had some (Steve McScene) engine spacers put in to bring the sump off the floor (£60.00)

-Replaced N/S driveshaft (£40.00)

Good Bits:

As above really and the fact the car is in very good shape visually too, few marks here and there but overal tidy looking car! Chuck some neat wheels on it and it would look awesome!

Bad bits:

-The coilovers may need some attention, the O/S/F has leaked and has about 1cm movement up and down when jacked up so knocks slightly but still drivable.

-Mileage may scare some people, its on 206k but anyone that knows these engines should know they are good workhorses and I have done all the major work needed (cambelt,waterpump,clutch, oil etc) all within the last 1000miles so this will be good to go, and for a long time too!! Its just a shame I can't keep it... I have 7 cars at the moment and this is the most valuable one (not very i know!) but it has to go!

Cheers mate!! I think the milage is putting people off but this car is still tight as foook and pull so nicely! its hard to belive but it needs to be driven for people to understand!
