Hi all

New to the forum just brought a 2000 polo GTI on lpg to use as a mile muncher, quite getting in to the car already and have already started looking for shiny bits for it. I'm mainly in to my Audi's but this is the first VW I've owned and the first Hatch

Anyway the question, did all the GTI's have xenon lights? mine has the lights but not the washers I realise they could have been retro-fitted without the washers being fitted. The GTI's I've seen for sale have all had them but I've seen a couple lately without the jets.

hi, as far as i know all gtis should have xenons and washer jets unless the owner before changed them before

if its had a smash theres a possability the headlight washers haven't been replaced.

If its a proper GTi it will have left the factory with xenons and washer jets. Its illegal for a production car to have xenons and no washer jets.

Thanks for that, Yea its a proper GTI, just must not have been replaced after an accident.
