hey guys was wandering what you all think of cherry bombs? weather there good bad or ugly??

why should you care? the first page of general car and polo chat are just full of people asking what everybody else thinks just to try feel "accepted"

iirc came from the 90's and should stay in the 90's

i like them on retro stuff (keeping it polo) mk1-2, but pretty much any thing from that sort of era. not so much on more modern cars tho, maybe that just cause all the modified cars around here in the 80 and early 90's had them fitted and it's just kind stuck with me?

they are still made in Nuneaton by custom chrome

i like them and dont like them when in motion they sound nice but in idle just sounds horrid lol (i know due to having on on the car atm lol)

Mate wanted to test his new one so just shoved it on the end of my exhaust and it was nearly silent.

Buy agree that they dont really look good on newer cars, mainly the same reason as Mclovin said and there mostly fitted to Old school rally cars round my way.

I think there really useful! Especially when your on the final lap of the 250cc mushroom cup and you have a bloody lizard, a slapper, a mushroom and a monkey right on your arse, chasing you! I say the more the merrier!............although I am quite fond of the banana skin!

They used to be old skool, had one on the mini. Now they are just chavvy, every burberry cap wearing college dropout with a pimped out mk2 astra has one.

Absolutely awful, think I'll stick with my full stainless 3" straight through racing system.
