If some people are not going to UD the I can give the bulbs + envelope and money to cover postage to a member of the team to post, If that's ok ?

Or you can post them yourself, send them recorded, and give people tracking numbers? :retard: Why should anybody else spend their time sorting your shit out?

would it not be a good idea to put your service into the traders classifieds? it would clear a few things up and it would be more professional surely

wow i've just hit 444 posts :D

He doesn't want to. These bulbs were a one-off at first. He is currently banned from the classified section.

Polow, just quit while your ahead. Some people really don't appreciate when someone is doing them a favor. I mean fucking come on, I work as a warehouse manager, and the amount of stuff which goes missing in transit is unbelievable and above all else is completely out of our control once it leaves on the back of that lorry/van.

And a lot of the time we have to wait for people to order something from us before we order it in to stock from one of our suppliers. Its just how supply works, you need the demand before hand or else you dont have anything to supply :retard:

Oh and we also take payment upfront before we order the goods, because believe it or not, we don't have a fucking clue who we are selling stuff to and also, funnily enough, we dont trust them 100% to just send them something then hope that they pay up!?!

I really think people should cut this guy some slack, at the end of the day he is trying to sort this problem out instead of just ignoring it. One thing is for sure, this has all taught me to never offer help or a service to anybody on this forum. Ever.:smirk:

Well the guy was selling stuff he didn't have. Fair enough if it's a business, you generally expect a lead time on some stuff. Not if you're buying from a person on a forum though. I suppose this is why some forums make you take a picture of the item and a note with your name and the date on ;)

I've had stuff go missing in the post before (happened just last week actually), and I've just refunded the buyer and put it down to experience. It seems that he's just handled this badly.

We have had several complaints from people who have paid you for things they haven't received (not just LEDs). For this reason you are banned from trading on the club and we highly reccomend that our members do not send you any money.

Edit: To add having read your reply. People have given you money. You need to give them the items or a refund.

To anyone who has not been able to get their goods or money back. The club does hold this member's address and will pass it on to anyone with a legitimate claim.
