Hey guys, as titled, getting a courier to pick up a boot tomorrow, what can i wrap/package it in to keep it safe?

when i bought it, it was jst cardboard and black bin bags

any ideas, pref, house hold items :)

A shoe box?

tbh, to do it properly you need a big fuck off box, and to modify it to be as tight with the boot in as possible.

And a shed load of bubble wrap or the like.

That isnt going to town, its the only way to do it imo

Last thing you want is for it to arrive dented/scratched or the glass broken

Personally...i'd tape some big chunks of polestyrene blocks onto various points.

Then scrunched up newspaper in and around...then wrap it in bubble wrap or air filled bags, use thick cardboard to finish the job and layer with shrink wrap...should ensure it reaches the buyer safely.

Yeahh that's why i'm selling it, cause it is dented/scratched apparently from previous couriering :p

i used to do international packaging for big removal companies, what we used to do was paper blanket wrap it. more in certain areas like corners etc. This would go over bubble wrap. You dont need to box it off, if you can that would be best but if you haven't got something in such a size then buble wrap and paper blankets are best.
