This is a brilliant example of an engine, and pulls something silly.

I removed it in December after hitting a kerb in the bad weather we had. My plan was to transplant it into a good mk2 shell, I just never got round to it.

The bottom end of the engine is a 1.4(ABD) this is a nice upgrade from the standard 1.3, offering a nice punch of torque.

The head was ported by Danny Lee as well as being fully rebuilt in December 2009. This included a new head gasket, Cambelt water pump etc.

The gearbox is absolutely lovely.

It comes with EVERYTHING you need to convert any mk1-3 polo.

Air flow meter/induction kit

Fuel pump/accumulator

Fuel lines

5 speed anti roll bar

GT clocks
