MOT up next month so I need some info on a couple of things

I've got GTi fogs on my 8v as you all know but haven't bothered to put the wireing loom in yet so they dont acctually work. Will this fail me?

I've also removed my rear wiper, does it need to go back on?

None of those will fail you, as the front fogs aren't compulsory, and neither is the rear wiper.

Alot of cars don't have rear wipers as standard, so I'd expect you'll be fine!
