would be kinda cool if someone mad a new version of the old camper van same sort styling but modern engine and interview classic styling and reliable workings could work ?

You wont get the same feel with a new one, driving a slow, unreliable, crap on fuel, falling apart bus is what its all about

Don't like! And agree with above, thats whats up! 8-)

I agree with you but when u do actually want it to be reliable it would be nice. its a shame you don't see many of them anymore

You're not wrong, they are silly money now, luckily I've had mine nearly 8 yrs & got it when prices were sensible, been offered 3 times what i paid for mine, but never selling unless i have to,now they seem to be a status thing more than anything. That unfortuneatly has put them out of reach of normal people now. See loads at shows whos owners have had them restored, put them on show but will sleep in a tent or caravan etc why have one. When we go to local classic car shows we always get asked ,you dont use it tho do you,i say er yeah most weekends, holidays, nights out on the p*** etc thats what i got it for !!!

i agree with you there its the experiance of actually having it and using it thats why you buy one its pointless just shinning it up all the time and showing it just do both of let someone else get the use of it for what it was actually made for
