Hmmm right that's coming off tonight then lol. Gotta somehow get the bolt of my alternator pulley too. Really wish I had a torque gun! Been thinking of investing in one lately

jam a screwdriver in the alternator, or use stilsons to hold the pulley and hope the woodruff key dont snap!

Gotta learn the ways of dutchland eBay there's plenty of them on there.

Got bored in work today so came home at 12 and spent 6 hour's in the garage building up the motor.95% done. New LUK clutch, clutch bearing and pressure plate fitted with the new clutch cable. Hopefully no more heavy clutch!

Only thing left to do is get this alt pulley sorted so it lines up perfectly with the bottom pulley (which it never quite did on the last motor), and it's ready to go in on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

you aint having them. and i will be fitting them myself.

So here's a little update on this. The engines in and running, g40 160 mph clocks are in and working, and just a few small tinkering jobs to do before the mot like wire on the correct plug for the lambda sensor. Won't be long at all now!

It's even parked on the drive oooOOOOooo!

And the 40 clocks.. Working :-)
