Any good roads in the south of england?

Has the same thing in a similiar thread on edition, all the roads people said were up north and i live in the south

From Folkestone all the way to Brighton and maybe further by seaside ! With some good music ! More for chill out than racers :)

50mph average speed cameras have spoiled the stright line fun,

Well the fog was pretty heavy so those camera's didn't stand a chance... but then again nor did the car on corners if i were to go faster then 50 anyway. Think i averaged about 30 in the thick fog! lol

I like the roads to Rye and then through Lydd, very nice, that and the marsh road from Battle to Eastbourne

I put my saxo in a field there in heavy fog about 6 years ago I was working at sites in Seamer & Thwing at the time, didnt know the road too well so was going slow couldnt see the road markers and just drove straight off on a bend. I came off lucky that day, a few others were seriously injured in similar accidents that day.

There's a stretch of road called zig zag hill in Dorset just south of Shaftesbury on the B3081, that's pretty good fun if your not stuck behind a Sunday driver. Some of the other roads in that area are good aswell like spread eagle hill all the way to higher Shaftesbury road & the rest of the B3081.
