OK I've been a member on Ebay for a few years now, bought a few things but never sold anything. then the so called free listing weekend came up and i had a ticket to sell. wahey

or so i thought... the listing ended up costing 25p for buy it now to be added. which i can live with.

but now i received an email saying my monthly invoice is £3.24!! to sell 1 ticket for 30 quid

what kind of small print con is this

It says this weekend is "insertion free" meaning it cost's nothing to insert an advert.

It doesnt say anything about them taking their fair share of what you sold.

Otherwise what would be the point in doing it?

fair share? thats over 10% not including the paypal charges and the cost for buy it now.

after buying the ticket for £25 and selling for 30 with free postage i am now actually out of pocket. imo thats a con

and as for whats the point in doing it. why do sainsburys put out free food for you to try..

You best pay up, they got a debt collection agency involved over my £2.56 fee.

well yeah but thats hardly the point. see tickets sold out in 10 minutes. getting rid wasnt the issue

lol its been automatically deducted from my paypal account, how kind. i haven't got a problem with paying i just wont be using them again if can help it. bastards
