Here's my mk1, really dont want it to go but other commitments and stuff is kinda forcing it. 1.6 diesel 4 speed with 149,000 on the clock and still running sweet. Looks ratty and tatty on the outside but is structurally sound, done loads of welding on the sills for the last mot. Painted in primer grey at the moment but could easily be rubbed back slightly and painted. The truck has vmaxx coilovers up front which still have about an inch of thread on the bottom, but i dont dare take it any lower. the back is on an axle flip with 1.5" blocks and longer u bolts. Recently had new rear section of the exhaust. the car is currently sat on 13x6 ats cups with two week old yoko rubber. new flag mirrors, the passenger side is removed but will be supplied. Also brand new grill. The lights are just painted yellow and can easily be rubbed of with some elbow grease if thats what you fancy. The chrome eyelids are not included in the sale. Interior is standard but has mk2 gti seats and polo breadvan steering wheel. Seats have the usual wear on teh drivers side. Will come with german pressed metal plates, unfortunatly i got pulled for them last week so they'r not currently on.

I'm after £1500 but ideally id like to swap for a nice low vdub

edit: just done loads of rust work and all is treated and sorted so looks sweet as a nut at the mo. also fitted a brand new starter motor.

went to get an insurance quote and you are no. plate comes up as a mk2 golf driver 1600 3 door manual, petrol - this was go compare.

is there a reason or is it had engine change etc haha

yea its because its classed as a commercial vehicle so needs van insurance. it is quite pricey tho, as my first car i payed 1200 the first year third party.

ahh no worries id be chuffed I'm paying £290 a mounth haha for a 1.3 polo haha

Sorry man not really interested in a nissan. for the lights i used some glass paint from hobbycraft. it worked sweet and lookes alright even up close.

no sorry buddy, i like them to much. he should definatlely get some tho, they are abit different to the usual ats classics that just about everyone runs on the a caddy, abit tricky to get hold of tho in 13".
