Hey, I've been trying to get hold of some inner sills for my polo. Can anyone give me a heads up on the best pace to get some. I could do with some outer sill too.

I've never welded a car before I've only really done stick welding i'm guessing the outers are spot welded on? I'm thinking of griding the inners off and replacing it will 5 mm mild steel as i think the inners are part of the rear quarter panel. Which do you think is best MIG or TIG for the car? I can learn either as I'm at uni atm I'm only thinking of bodging them on lol 8-)
