First things first my name is Alistair, I am 18 and I am a student studying Engineering.

I've had the Gti for about 8 months now and LOVE it! I do have lots of plans for it but obviously money is a bit of a issue...

Not really sure what to say about it so i'll just say whats been done and what my plans are :)

Been done:

Pipercross Induction kit

De-badged honeycombe grille

Scorpion Twin Tailpipe Exhaust

Engine Start Button

Home made rear upper strut brace

PG Tips monkey, VERY important and strangley amusing? :S

Plans:

Yellow Speed Racing Coilovers (Been ordered and should come next week!)

AutoBra Badgless Bonnet Bra (Been ordered and should come next week!)

Custom hidden exhaust (Getting a few quotes this weekend and maybe get it done next month when I get the money)

Wheel Spacers

Recondition wheels and paint them gloss black as winter wheels

Borbet A's for summer wheels

Carbon wrap the roof and spoiler

Carbon wrap/Paint red the air vents and heater channel on the dash board

Smooth the whole car ((Including boot) Depending on if I am going to be keeping the car for a few years and the cost.....)

Fill in the little recess in the bonnet

Black angel eyes and upgrade to xeon full beam

Front upper OMP strut brace

Anything else that comes into my brain..... :)

Ohh i do like them on your car :) I've never seen them on a 6n2 before... Will look amazing lowered! Have they got the same size lip on them or are the rear ones bigger than the front ones...?

Looking nice I notice you don't have any showing the gap left from removing the badge on the front unless that 2nd picture is playing tricks on me.

Ha very well spotted. The gap is still there and is driving me crazy! That is why I bought a de badged bonnet bra, it will cover that little recess up nicely :) and in the summer I will fill it in completely! Muhahahaha!

This is my 1968 VW Beetle, Most of the mods are obvious... (Spoiler etc...) Its got a brand new reconditioned 1600cc engine with a few nice tweeks to it :p New breaks and suspension.

Its a very solid car and I love it but just wanted a change so I got the polo.

Beetle is up for sale :) any intrest welcome aha

I haven't got any photos of the interier but its got bucket seats and lovely black carpet :) and obvious green steering wheel...

Thanks mate, they get a lot of comments i must say :) Yeah need to sort my 4x4 ride height out lol. The lip is the same on all of them mate :)
