what is is there is someone on ebay breaking a 323 turbo and he is using my car as pics on his ad.

thing is my car is also on ebay so one of us does not look genuine plus were 250 miles apart.

report it to ebay?

i am guessing your listing was on first? if so report it and ebay see who had the pic up "first" and remove his auction

to be fair makes no diffrence who had pic up first its my car and engine bay he advertising

Someone did this to me. I can't remember what i was selling, but they had the same picture and description as me.

Just click on the Report Auction or whatever it says on their auction and there should be an option something to do with them using images or info that isn't theres.

Yeah but to ebay it could be you who took the pics off him, so the date will show to them you had the pics up first
