Basically buy the right buld and connector, open the drill, cut the wires to the motor and soldier them to the connector that you purchased. Stick bulb out of where the motor used to stick out and then screw the drill back together.

I got my drill from homebase for about £15 and the buld cost £18 posted. connector was free from a friend.

Works really well considering it didn't cost much..... real sun guns are £3-£400!!!!
