vDubLeics's mk3 loon

Featured Replies

i havn't given my mk3 a rlly good polish since PoloShow2010... i have been using wax but the paint was starting to look dry.

I still have a lot to do like putting the 1" wheel spacers back on, Paint the front badge, correct the stance & tidy the odd bits on the bodywork

Is this the classic red one? Can't really tell from the pics, you've polished it tornado! It's looking decidedly better since I last saw it, still a bit of reverse rake going on though? It's really tough to stop that happening in 'loons. I have mine set as high as it'll go at the back and I'm just about happy with it.

Need to get the front end down another foot or two but other than that its a really cool looking car, what are those wheels? Nice work!

Thanx gaz.

i have been tring to fix the rake but like u said its difficult. especially as i like the height of the back, and the front had been lowered 40mm. I'm thinking of trying a 90mm drop on the front to try and level it off but i dont like the ride quality from the 90mm springs... what to do... what to do... :? :-? :?

Mate, that looks so, so sweet. The polishing work has really done the trick!
