Hey there the recline on both the front seats in my mk3 Genesis has broken, the knobs both turn round still but nothing happens

How can I fix this? And how can I take them off as I tried ages ago and nothing happened, the screw just kept turning round!

Any help much appretiated!

The black plastic knobs crack hence they spin but do nothing. The screws are usually best removed with something like an impact driver, as they are threadlocked in and made of 'plastic' metal.

Cool are the turning handles model specific? Or could I get a set of a 6n etc and fit them?

There'd be a market in replacements made of aluminium or similar I reckon. At least I'd pay for a set!
