The shocks were pretty much non existent man, they were standard with 80/60 springs so you could imagine how bad they were.

It was a bit low for me too, The shocks and springs are on now along with wishbones (polybushed), top mounts, new nuts and bolts up front and another arb (polybushed) off pettsy seeing as we snapped it.

So lots has happened under neath the body, including suspension and steering revamp, it drives soo much better now I'm really starting to enjoy it again.

Next plans are a big cambelt service and new shoes.

I just put my red stripe back on a realized how much of a difference it made.

Pretty boring update, just generally been trying to make it better on a tight budget.

Things done recently:

Cambelt

Waterpump

Oil and Filter

Brake lines

Rebuilt drums

Stripped out rear

Rado Seats upfront

Radio blank

Later rears

De-wipered

New plates

Things to do in the near future.

Welding inside the boot

Bit of light bodywork

New sunroof seal

Full stainless system from philj

Standard limit chip

K&N panel

OMP wheel

Refurb 14'' MSW's and wrap in 185/50 Yoko's

Or put on my Hocks

Sorry about the s**t photo's, I seem to have the shakes today.

Two of the possible sets of wheels to go on, I've had four sets but still not mounted tires on any. I would really like to band the standard steels to 7 and 7.5 and get some new trims for them.

I got them off g60steve on here, he's from Sheff.

Yeah when I saw them for sale and I had never seen any before so snapped them up, I think they would look great on a coupe.

Looking clean mate! 8-) Difficult choice for wheels... I recon MSW's though cos they're 14's!
