tread thickness mm?

4mm mate

Is there any damage to the tyre anywhere, like bubbles/bulges, cracks or sidewall damage? When was this taken off the car/wheel, how long has it been sitting for?

Theres no damage to the tyre mate. Well it's been sittin in the shed for about 3 weeks. I bought it of eBay just over 3 weeks ago but I realised that I need a 195/45/13 not a 195/45/14.
