And yeah, the welding as amazing, it's all TIG work. Love the way the top has been welded in a different direction to the bottom, a true piece of hand crafted awesome metalwork, I just had to have it... Although from the factory, the sensor hole isn't mirror polished, so I've improved on that and polished it :)

Something is ringing bells about VR6 expansion tanks being different. You might wanna look into this. Maybe they have a larger capacity?

Yeah mate, sure when you see mk2 VR6 conversions, they tend to use the bigger VR6 expansion tank.

Been busy with the bike these last few cold weeks, which has been handy seeing as it's in the heated garage!

Now she runs sweet, has been fully stripped and rebuilt, a lot of the previous owners bolt on mods have been removed and replaced with standard or better replacements. A lot of it was stripped, cleaned, polished and put back together, alongside some subtle custom touches.

Anyways, this is a polo forum, so on with the polo progress... I've done a couple of sets of wheels and I've also sold the Borbet's.

RS' are for sale, the Porsche wheels are the less common 16' cups, super strong and super lightweight.

Decided that to take the polo to the next level, it needs to change colour. This is happening in the next month or so.

The pas door and 1/4 pannel need blended lol

youll find that colours such as silver and light metallic blues, the plastics always look a slightly different colour...Audis are the worst for it.

deffo agree...the doors and 1/4 do need redoing and blending in together.
