The only time I can ever remember thinking my car felt like a shed was just after it got bumped back in 2003.

It wasn't a serious accident, just a light nudge, but I had to wait six months for my insurance company to sort out my non-fault claim. Useless.

In the meantime I was doing epic mileage driving up to Sheffield from Cardiff all the time to see Caroline (now my fiancee) and was living on a building site. So, grubby and neglected car with a squiffy back bumper and a key mark down the side.

It got painted just after that, so it's been pretty mint since. But it won't win any show and shine competitions looking how it did last time I saw it!
