Featured Replies

Hi,

I've decided to sell my 9N polo TDI, I'm going to be doing a lot more travelling away with work.

So i don't need an ecomical daily driver. So going to get something special for a bit.

New cambelt kit fitted, engine inspected for cam and follower wear - all looked good.

Seat Sport FMIC and some OEM pipework

Single mass G60 flywheel

Uprated Helix organic clutch

2.5” exhaust from the turbo back, No Cat, Single Box. Subtle single down swept tailpipe.

yoko and t1r on the rear

I've got a couple of part worn tyres that can go with the car.

INTERIOR

Standard TDI sport interior black/Dark grey

EXTERIOR

Standard exterior, good condition.

Front grille and bumper have been modified/cut to clear the FMIC, you have to look

close to see the mods.

BAD Points

Slight paint flake on the inside lip of the front right arch (see picture).

Oil level warning light come’s on during initial start up, goes out after a few seconds. Oil level sensor was removed when the shallow sump was fitted.

I haven't had the aircon regassed since the engine change.

Clutch release noisey. Brand new release bearing fitted no different, It's never got any worst, I put it down to the solid flywheel and uprated clutch on the diesel.

GOOD POINTS

Serviced very regularly, Lots of receipts.

Still does around 50mpg on B roads on my commute to work.

I have managed 60mpg average sitting around 60mph on motorways,

More torque then alot of supercars

And more power to weight ratio then a lot of quick cars.

Yet still has good economy, and is a great sleeper.
