I'm not grouchy lmao, plug chops is reading the spark plugs for an indication of mixture, and you can do it at various throttle positions and load for an indication of where you are.

Eg, go along at half throttle for say 20 secs, key off an dip clutch at the same time and roll into a layby and remove plugs and see.

Can do at various throttle positions to see how fuelling is, cause as soon as you say come back to idle and such it can mess them up, obviously they will read vaguely right but yeah.

For example when I mechanic at karting you can remove plug after a race and looks rich and oily, yet if you remove it after say a long straight where the drivers locked up and come off it looks totally different :)
