dunno if you can tell, but the rear quater is dented/rippled whatever. dunno how to fix it may just take it to a bodyshop. gonna cost a bomb though

Is the metal actually creased or just pushed in?

That area of metal is fairly easy to get to - a decent panel beater should be able to get that looking good again just by whipping the door card off and tapping it into shape. Though it does look rippled instead of just having a crease, difficult to tell.
