yeahh the golfs just too normal to drive! its slow, handles like its on rails and everyone has one. boring!!!

polo is alot more of a thrill especially since atm i have no handling upgrades... haha! stock handling ftw! need to stop being a tight ass and buy some arb blocks!

only downside is, my rear setup is currently koni adjustable shocks, eilbach springs and spax bumpstops... dno if i want to waste them as there awesome!

the golf seats are in the golf bro! on polo frames though so there suuuuper low! hahaha

so i picked up some cobra seats last night, popped up at the perfect time so i had to get them! and there so comfy!

there only in there while the polos off the road, then ill be putting them in there.

so the polo has its gti seats back in out of the golf atm :)

ignore the steering wheel the proper ones in the golf atm too!

okay so 6n coilovers do fit a mk2. banginnnnggggg i have proper lows on the rear now! need to do the other side tomorrow!

you gotta take the coily apart, remove helper, wind locknuts most of the way up to the top, turn spring upside down, insert mk2 bumpstops and top mounts, bolt back onto the rear beam spacing it out with the correct amount of washers as the mk2's are wider, then lower the car down off the jack untill the top mount comes through the strut so your able to do it up. sweet!

hmm thinking about it i could have probably got away with keeping the helpers in, just have to have it wound quite low down....

looks sweet mate. how lows that now? thought your rub your tyres like fook. my back is about half way over the top of the tyres now and supposedly only and 80mm drop. can only just get fingers in between tyres and arch.

god knows mate!! it must be a fair bit lower than 80mm, oncidering the wheels are 13's and the tyre profile is pretty small!

yeh fairly simple, took the helpers out, spaced out the bottom part, and removed all the 6n top mount shizzle and used mk2 parts. ill get a pic up tomorra or sumin!

Nice one. I didn't used to like the coupes till I started looking round here and seeing how they could look. Think I was put off by my friends mum that had a bright pink mk3 when i was younger!

yeah there hella stiff, but I'm not a grandad so i like it :) lol, thats pretty much as high as they go! the shock is shorter on the 6n rears, just means when you jack the car up you kinda have to take the wheel off to wind them down, although saying that, there quite high up the threads due to no helpers so u can just about reach.

gonna try getting the other side on tonight and lower it a little more!

Fuck me, it was stiff enough before! Fair play thoug, looks mean from the rear. Lights look good too
