For sale,

window regulators for a 3dr 6N2. These are for electric windows only.

The window regulators themselves are in full working order, but require new clips which hold the clamps in place. You can use your existing clips if they are still intact (easy swap if they are) or you may be able to purchase new ones from the dealer or eBay.

They come complete with a selection of clamps, as shown, but once again you'll have your originals.

So, to sum up. A pair of electric window regulators in full working order which require new clamp clips.

Just to add,

I got a quote from a local dealer. A complete window regulator from VW is £197.00 per side (quoted August 2010). Your getting both sides for half that price.

Also, VW don't sell the clips individually, to replace you have to buy the whole mech.

You can however just use a combination of a small bolt, a nut and two large washers to get around this.

Yes, I was thinking that it wouldn't be too hard to "make shift" a solution.

I think there are a number of eBay sellers who sell retro fit clips which also do the trick.

There is a loom which has to be plugged in, so maybe you would need the rest of the wiring in order to convert to electric.

Not according to this, although I'm not sure on the integrity of the information.

I think you'd be better off with the 6N specific ones as I wouldn't want to sell you these and find that they're not suitable.

Yes that's correct.

The regulators are the actual wire mechanisms, the motor is the electric cog system in the plastic housing.
