they're great over the phone, but i find all their documents bloody confusing!

you read some stuff and think your not covered for loads, and other stuff seems like theyve put things down you havnt asked for and stuff.

they're good, but i find them well vague! anyone had any problems?

I actually think their documents are very helpful.. It'll be the same as all insurance documents; Only Brentacres won't be in the small print so you're more apparent of whats what..

I've been with them for years with no issues at all!
