My insurance is up for renewal come end of may, it has gone up feom £170 a month to now £309! which is absolute disgusting and i will be changing insurers!

I'm currently 19 but i turn 20 in july, and I'm just wondering if its worth keeping my car off the road a few months untill I'm 20 and then insuring it then

Will it be any cheaper me being 20 rather than 19 at the time of getting new insurance?

I'm no expert but i think if you stop driving till your 20 it would go lower but then again it depends if youve got a ncb

It probably wont make much (if any fdifference). Just make sure you shop around.
