I bought this on friday! bit of a step up from my lovely ratty 1043cc mk3 :)

few things need doing to it to make it more my own but here's the spec so far..

Engine:

20,000 miles since rebuild

Charger serviced 15,000 miles ago

Jabbasport cone filter

65m Pully with chip from PSD

De-wedged throttle body

Boost return pipe modification

Powerflow exhaust (sound amazing)

Engine oil + filter changed every 2,000 miles or less, and charger lube sprayed every 1,000 miles.

Drive:

H&R Cup kit 40m drop all round

Powerflex front bushes

4x Brand new Toyo Proxe T1-R 195/45/14

G40 front brakes with EBC grooved discs and green stuff pads.

New fast road clutch with less then 2,000miles.

Interior/Body:

Full Scirocco GT2 Interior in very good condition.

New carpet.

G40 clocks and steering wheel.

Sunroof (doesn't leak)

Stereo in glove box

Boost and Air/fuel gauge where stereo should be.

All under body seals in excellent condition.

Single wiper, other hole smoothed and sprayed.

Ariel removed, hole smoothed and sprayed.

haha yeah gotta have that gangster G lean on ! future plans are maybe get up to stage 3 or 4 on the charger, 4 branch manifold, general engine bay clean up, needs new coolant sensors and sump gasket. get some coilovers and some new wheels. not keep on the ones i have some some swaps might on the go! hows about you? you have 2 Gs?

i think its just been really well looked after, as in waxed/polished and kept under cover from the sun. small parts have been re-sprayed like the wing where the ariel was but thats about it really. the pics look alot cleaner than it is as theres alot of stone chips :(

yeah not too sure about the supercharged sign on the glove box. you can have it for your box if you like?!? :p

dude, my mate has a mk1 golf with a stage4 g60 lump in there and its rapid! get the G in there asap you wont be disappointed!

Sounds like good plans buddy... ported charges always good but I would get a 65mm charger pulley and chip first if you are happy the current charger is ok... that'l give you more bang for buck...

yeah i've got one for playin... experiment and have fun and one for heritage... keep it nice and oem..
