thanks brotha, your a genius, i googled it everywhere, i dont think its worth the 200 pound price mark at 720w rms

cheers mate

just went straight on their site and downloaded the manual for the range and just kept scrolling down till i saw your model.

I have the vibe one myself and would recommend it, sounds quite nice and goes loud enough :)

cheers buddy,

and does it run 1000w rms of normal supply or do you need to upgrade it to 14.4v or do the big 3 upgrade?

also is a power cap necessary for that kind of power

thanks

14.4v is the standard power supply that your alternator should put out, realistically though you'll never achieve 14.4v all the time.

I've stuck a diesel battery up front after my standard battery died, I've done tb3 too, I deffinately recommend you at least do the tb3.

Power caps are more trouble than there worth, as you then not only end trying to charge the battery but you have to charge the cap as well which puts more strain on the charging system.

Hope that helps.

the big 3 sounds good, but are you saying it isnt worth having a power cap?

Yep, save your money, power caps are worthless.

ok matey, saves me 60 pound, i got 2 more questions,

when i bought the car i had a autoleads wiring kit already installed, i presume its the 8gauge one, i wanted to upgrade the eart and power wire to 4 or 0 gauge, is it possible to keep the same remote and rca wiring while just upgrading the power and earth wire for the amp

and 2 i really want to do the big 3 but i dont know where to start on my 6n2, the earthing to my chassis isnt a problem, but the earthing from my engine block and power wire from the alternator i will find hard to do , any pointers on them ?

thanks bud

i had a powercap in the 6n2 and never had a problem, without it, the headlights were dimming when the bass was going, fitted it and the dimming stopped...
