Hey guys, for sale I have my Polo GTi, bought off of here so i'm sure some of you will know it or maybe have owned it!

Looking for £2400

For sale I have my Polo GTi which is a lovely little car and turns heads wherever I take it! This car has loads of service history, it was self serviced every 6 months or less by the previous owner and i've only owned it for about 4 months, wouldn't mind something with cheaper insurance for now.

It has all of the usual GTi goodies such as:

Factory Xenon Headlights

ABS

EDL

Digital Climate Control

Electric Windows

Electric Mirrors

Headlight Washers

The car has Coilovers and Borbet wheels as you can see from the pictures, the wheels suit the car really well!

As with any car this age, there are a few problems, there is some damage to the arches where another owner tried to roll them, The previous owner told me he had a quote of about £200 to get them repaired.

There is a small bit of bubbling on the bonnet and the ARB knocks a little bit but it's literally just where it's so low.

Other than that, the car is really solid, it has 121,000 miles on it but as said before, it's had so much service work on it, the engine is amazing. The cam belt and clutch has been changed fairly recently, this car has had gearbox work done on it (These cars came out of the factory with problems with the gearbox, so work to the gearbox is essential to look for!)

I'm not going to list the service work because it's so long, but I have most of it in paper and can provide more information upon request!

The interior is in pretty good condition, the usual wear for a car of this age, there is a tiny cigarette burn on the drivers seat that you can't really see much (It wasn't me but I don't smoke and the interior is smoke free). There is the usual wear on the door handles inside which was common on these.

The MOT has just been done, so it has 12 months MOT and it has just over 2 months of tax left!

Just to update this a bit, there are a couple of problems that have arisen, the passenger window now stops when it gets 3/4 of the way down, the drivers side window is a bit hit and miss when it opens, but it always closes, i know this is a very common problem and could be fixed fairly cheaply with some new regulators?

I've found a car that I want to buy and need this gone, will accept offers around £2000!
