Who do you think is best?

i am undecied as i've not been with many and i'm after my first contract phone so i was just wondering who has had the best experiance with there phone provider

Assuming you mean network, I can't fault t-mobile really. Been with them since they were one-to-one (over ten years) and have had no problems really. T-Mobile now peer with Orange so your phone can roam to either network on T-Mobile or Orange. This should in theory give them the best coverage of any.

o2, if your talking networks

o2 if you like talking to brick walls. I left o2 last year. Best decision I made in a long while.

Their whole "we dont really give a flying fuck about anyone except new customers" policy really fucked me off.

O2 for network and best phone choice. Not had to Ring them so don't know what there customer service is like.

Did the phone I wanted (streak) plus the shop staff were all fit. Hahaha. Unlike the rhino enclosure that was the vodaphone shop next door.

Don't even bother with T-mobile/Orange. T-Mobile were good untill they merged. Now its shitty phones, shitty unreliable service, and customer service that can't speak or understand English.

I left vodafone for o2, best decision i ever made when it comes to mobiles

Voda were pretty good but fucking hell there expensive.

Orange, all i ever hear off my mates (that are with orange) is 'i have no network' Its rare that i loose network, even out in the sticks.

Three, good network but if you have a problem and need to speak to them, you also need a translator. (i have mobile broadband dongle thing with them) Don't think I've ever said 'what?' so many times on the phone before in my life.

Virgin... I started off with them. May aswell not bother taking your mobile with you, as chances of getting network anywhere other than about 1 meter from a phone mast of theres is low.

they could be better now maybe, but my mom is with them. I've given up trying to ring her mobile now

For me, o2 have the best prices, best network coverage and the most helpful customer service. Also, my contract atm is cheaper than any 'new customer' could get

I used to be a T-orange customer and same issues as b-shaw stated.

I have a 3 dongle and there customer service is by far the worst to understand or even get a solution

o2 and vodafone are soon to be sharing masts so the coverage is going to be amazing (and the same) for both networks :)

Vodafone - Sim only, 600mins, unlimited text + Intertnet + 1GB BT wifi - £17 (bought iphone 4)

i pay just under £25 a month with o2. Unlimited texts, unlimited minutes and stupidly cheap internet. I also got a brand new £300 phone.

Over the 24 months (unfortunately) it works out to £12.50 a month for the actual txts n calls etc. rest is the mobile.

O2 by far.

Stay pay & go. Unlimited texts to anyone & unlimited internet for £10 a month.

The only reason i went contract was because i wanted a nice new 'in' mobile. and i couldn't afford to fork out the full price in one go.

I've been with Orange for years now and wouldn't even consider changing networks.

Since they have merged with T-mobile I don't loose signal anywhere...not even in the work toilets which is a boost

Before then that was the only place I ever lost signal.

Since I've been with them I've been threw a few different contract packages and if you haggle you can get a pretty good deal, my most recent deal saw me get a free iPhone 4 with the best package for just £41 a month which I thought was ace.

I've tried Vodafone and they didn't leave a lasting impression of being good or bad just, they allowed me to phone and text people that was it.

My first ever phone was with BT Cellnet before they became O2, got a not bad deal with them considering it was the year 2000 haha.

But now I'd not touch them with what I've heard/seen, they only care about bringing customers in then once you are in you get restricted to who you can talk/text to unless you want to pay through the nose for cross network communication.

i think it depends where you are in the country and the signal masts around there as i once walked into a vodafone store and the guy refused to sell me a HTC simply due to the poor signal in my area and i admire his honesty. Yet when i go up north Vodafone and o2 gets the best signal.

I'm with orange and have been for the past year and can't fault the service, constant signal, no problems with billing and even received a small rebate for some unknown reason so happy days

I've been with a few Companies but i found after the orange t-mobile merge my network went to pot!

all my texts arrive about 2 hours after they are sent.

I've been with Vodafone 7 years now, but i thought about o2 purely because I'm part of the DSGi group i get 30% of any contract, i was offered iphone 4 32gb (already have one) 1gb internet unlimited calls and texts for £31.50 and i think it was a 24 month contract, thought fuck that!

Can't remember the last time I was anywhere and had coverage issues with t mobile really. But it does vary around the country, what is best for one area might not be for another area.
