Yeah, you just need to hope someone who knows the answer happens to look at your thread.

Gear knob you need to pull the gear gaiter up so the surround unclips and pull it inside out, you will see a metal clip which holds the actual knob onto the gear stick you need to put a screw drive in the small hole and widen it so the knob comes off, for the hand brake there is a small plastic clip under the handbrake near the button you need to pull the clip away from the actual metal inside and this should free the outer casing and should slide off, just make sure there is nothing attached to the bottom of the handbrake.
