i decided to cut the runner strip off the front arch and decided how i was going to fill the hole. so i cut up the old runner strips that i took off

It dont look too bad - it might be worth cuting the original cut out to a square shape and then the new bit could be a tighter fit. Or you could primer the arches with high build primer then rub smooth to smooth out the texture then paint matt or satin black. I think you can get textured paint to then rematch what was originally there if you know what i mean.

i will be respraying the bumpers satin soon so i will smooth them down and before i spray them
