Since when does a road need fertilising? Since when does my car need fertilising because it wasn't safe to avoid the massive pile of shit in the road? That's why it doesn't need to he cleaned up, because before any bothers its been ran over by cars that couldn't avoid it who then have to pay to get it cleaned off there cars.

And what does it matter what its made of? It's still shit, its been eaten, digested and forced out of an anus, shit is shit. If I turn vegetarian does that mean you wouldn't mind me coming and shitting on your garden path?

Is it only me that aims for horse shit then? I find the smush satisfying.

People who think its there right of way on a roundabout, almost cause an accident then try blaming you..

As for the baby on board sign you can use it to your advantage if you drive really close behind them..because if the parent was a good parent they'd fear for their child and speed the fuck up!

and joggers in the road just hit them its a legit kill if theres a pavment or somekind of walkway they could use instead.

The horse thing really riles me. Not that I mind horses, it's just some of the utter muppets that ride them.

A while back I was riding a 50 (brother had bought it, I was taking it home for him) down a Main A-road. Come up to two morses doing less than walking pace, side by side, coverrring all of their side of the road. One of the riders immediately turns round and gives me the evils as I'm hanging back.

I've got to factor in:

Hanging back far enough not to disturb the horse.

Not getting hit from behind by someone who sees the horses but not the div on the scooter

Being able to see enough to get past them when it's safe in terms of having enough speed on

Not having to rev it over high and distrub the horses (remember I'm on a 50)

So when I get chance, I do the overtake, probably coming within 6 foot of the hore when I'm along aside it, but keeping the revs down. I kept an eye on the horses all the time I was passing, and they totally weren't bothered. But the rider decided to shout some abuse at me.

Anyways, I do another milke and a half down to my folks place, me and my brother are sat on the drive playing with the scooter and they come past, see us, and pull in (much to the relief of at least 40 cars that were stuck behind them), and try to make out I've got no consideration.

And the stupidest by is, they didn't need to ride down the road anyway, they could have done the same journey on the beach.

Like I said consideration has to work both ways although this doesn't seem to be the case with most horse riders i've come across. I've got nothing against horses either, I like to have little flutter on the national and also horse is a nice alternative to beef, to me they are just another dumb animal like a cow or a sheep. It's the stupidity and arrogance of some of the riders that provoke the kind of opinions posted in this thread and at times create a danger on the roads too.

Any one that can ride a push bike can easily ride a moped but you still need to take a course to use one on the road, yet any one can hope on a 1 ton animal that's startled by loud noises and ride it on the road, they don't even need to prove they know what road signs mean what, it madness.

Horses dont bother me tbh but thats from growing up in somerset if i had a problem with em id never get anywhere lol

But people walking/jogging in the road! i honestly think if you walk in the road when theres perfectly good pavement i should be able to run you over and then reverse over you till I'm sure you've got the message!

And cyclists they either ride in the middle of the road swerving all over the shop or they ride at night with no lights etc in 60mph roads with no street lighting, Do they think they're Facking Ninjas?!

Oh and on the dog shit - horse shit picking up convo if my dog took a shit in the middle of a busy main road i wouldnt risk my life to pick it up lol

It wouldn't be shit ud be picking up, it would be the remains of your squashed dog.

There is also the car drivers that travel on the motorway slower than lorries. This should be an instant 3 points and a £60 fine. They force the lorries to overtake them, a truck won`t put up with anything slower than it. Anybody on the motorway bar HGV`s moving below 60mph should be fined and given points

i disagree...

i've had to travel at 50 on a motorway when i was on spare tyre (rated at 50mph MAX) and there was no other way home without using a motorway - i phoned coppers just to make sure i was still OK to do that and they said it was fine.

If there's no reason, then yeah, fine them but in a genuine case like mine above, then no.

I drive a works van which is fitted with a speed limiter of 62 mph. Yes this is pathetic but not my choice. If I`m in the middle lane overtaking a number of lorries I`ll have a car sit right behind me, one of those people that will sit behind you for probably ten miles instead of use the empty third lane. When I pull back into the slow lane they come past at about 80mph, why did'nt they just use the fast lane? It was empty.

This is my main wtf with driving at the moment. I sit at 65 on the motorway, only ever going into the middle lane to overtake. The number of times I've been overtaking a queue of lorries, have had someone behind me with the fast lane clear, then as soon as I move over they speed up again. It's bizarre.

To take it one stage further I've seen them do this, then brake or slow down a few miles down, then I end up catching up to them.

Way I see it is if the road is too busy for you to pick up the shit your horse has just dumped then its too busy for the horse in the first place. Maybe bringing in a law forcing horse owners to clean up after them would be a good way off keeping them off busy roads... and natural selection would soon bring the numbers of those still using busy roads down

There probably is some law aint there? I'm sure if you were on a horse n it took a fat dump infront of the 5-o you'd pick it up or atleast kick it in the hedge?

Surely at the very least its littering, doesn't that carry like a 1k fine?

 at all the horse comments, i appreciate for and against arguements. more against to be fair, i live of the outskirts of bracknell, sandwiched between ascot and windsor, ascot (royal ascot) races so lots of horses - windsor, polo clubs, stables, training etc etc etc - more fapping horses. they are everywhere, my area is mainly woods or fields (massive fields owned by said stables / trainers etc) and what do they do? ride round the friggin block.

the main gripe i have is if a car was travelling at such slow speeds can and probably would be prosecuted, yet it is pefectly fine for two abreast horses on the roads causing just as much obstruction as any medium sized car. seems not ALL of the rules of the road apply.

I don't mind horses, like mentioned by others just some of the idiotic horse riders. Get them alot around the lanes and country side near to the city where I live. Not saying all horse riders are bad though, two girls who must have been in their early 20's pulled into a little layby for me to pass whilst going down a narrow lane to the beach the other week, one smiled and waved me past, had no problems with them, infact I was quite happy staring at their asses whilst following them down the lane, she had an alright rack too. Just the ones that take up most of the road and don't consider other road users behind them, then get angry when people look to overtake.

Also old people annoy me alot, some of them are okay, but it's the ones that travel at around 10mph up steep hills , brake harshly and do 20 in 40 zones that gets me. I reckon they should have another driving test at around 60 to determine whether they are safe to be on the roads or not.

What annoys me more than anything on the road is people who don't obey the 2 second rule.

And the select few of kids in modified cars who race about taking unnecesary risks who then crash and bump the insurance premiums up for everyone else. Old people who cant drive -who are also paying less insurance than I am by about a £1000 yet cause more crashes.

People who slow down to look at flashing lights on the side of the road.

Front fog lights when its not foggy - just makes you look a cock.

Anything French.

People who don't have any respect for other road users.

Middle lane drivers -wtf are you overtaking?

People who close gaps on filtering bikers - just not needed (I'm not a biker btw)

there's loads more

What annoys me more than anything on the road is people who don't obey the 2 second rule.

since when has picking up the food you've just dropped in a set amount of seconds got to do with driving?

LOL!

what annoys me... is people who moan all the time about little inconsequential things. Not like cancer or a brain tumor or anything that actually matters.

Get laid regularly and all the little problems go away.

having watched both my grandad and dad die a slow and painful death from cancer it's not some thing that i like to spend much time thinking about, and tbh i can't think of one reason why some one would want to sit around thinking about cancer and other serious shit like that?

i'd imagine that the sort of folks that do do that sort of shit would lead a pretty depressing existence

"Get laid regularly and all the little problems go away"... until you start worrying about getting cancer, or brain tumors, or getting blown up by terrorists, or catching AIDS... shit what if i catch aids, best stop getting laid!...

way i see it is if you only have little inconsequential things to worry about in this life your doing pretty fucking well

cyclists really get on my nerves usually out of brighton its fine i have no issues but as soon as you strt reaching brighton the little fuckers are running red lights, knocking my mirrors, hurling abuse when i tell them the running a red light is fucking stupid and then there are the ones that ride two or three abreast, i mean seriously thats inconsiderate. also there is riding at night with no lights, dont get me started on that.

I dont know if this has already been said but.. If your on motorway in works van limited to 62mph.. this often happens you go to middle lane to over take car in the left lane but it speeds up ever so slightly and you end up having to pull in behind it again..

which also leads to the horse shit issue, so you are riding your horse it takes a shit (which looking in you rear view horse shit mirror you will see) then stop at the side of the road, and say tie it to a fence? or hold it while you then proceed to scoop it up, in the middle of the road, causing another "annoyance" for you to complain about?

Brilliant

horse nearly made me crash before , all i got was abuse!

personally i dont think they should be aloud on the road, as i dont car who you are you are not in control of than horse!

yes it may obey(sp?) you but....my dog listens when i tell him to sit, does this mean if i sat on his back i would be incontrol of him? no!

either take a test, get tax and insurance or gtf off the road i say!

i only slow down for horses to look at the rider. if shes fit i slow down then pass her slowly. if shes an ugly fat thing i floor it!
