heres my new coupe s :)

had it for a few weeks now but started doin work slowly. heres all the progress so far

the seats and interior were coverd in dog hair. I MEAN COVERED!!! so the interior had to come out

bought new timing belt and service parts. heres all the old crap

For some reason the guy who i bought it off fiitted an electronic fuel pump and fitted a new mechanical one on but hadn't connected it up. there was a dodgy wire cuming out the fuse box, so it had no cover n look really untidy. so connected it all up n it worked :D

The sill on my MK3 went there, just cut it out and welded it up, alot easier than faffing about trying to fit a new sill!

well what i was gona do was cut the end bit off the sill so it looks mint and use the other bit for doin the other side as iv just found abit more rust while sanding, but just needs patching

Nice man, great to see such fast progress :)

Isnt there meant to be a small drain hole each side? I like how people including yourself are actually bothering with the bodywork properly. As i see so msny cars made of filler these days! Good progress mate it will be smart soon enough! P.s what colout she going?

yeah the drain holes have always been there. if i could get away with using no filler i would, but i have only used a medium pot to skim over the repairs, so not doin to bad lol

Superb clean up 8-) i wasn't expecting to find such work and progress as i first started scrolling,looks sweet.

Dog hair's minging,not many would bother so you've saved this one for sure.
