i just went on the plastikote website and had a look at all the different finishes. I'm really happy with the colour.

got these for free off a friend, he said they were just taking up room lol. to be fair they do reduce under-steer

welded a proper flexi to the exhaust

not much done really to the car over the last few months. the 1.6 project was going to cost well over a grand to do what i wanted so i have scrapped that idea. iv sold the bottom end.

since we have been getting more rain i started to get a leak and it got really bad. after a few weeks of searching i noticed it was coming from near the battery tray. to my amaizing surprise i found fiber glass and lots of it :( this is what it was hiding lol

Don't Suppose you have the vw part number for the rubber pedal covers please, as i could do with some fresh ones :)

It appears my throttle pedal doesnt have one at all :(

well mine are febi ones. and the rubber is alot softer than the vw pedals. iv worn alot of mine.

i dont think polos came with a rubber on the throttle as standard but u can buy em off ebay.

so i flipped a coin and it landed on keep it, so heres an update

New coil, leads and connectors

got bored one night and decided to make a cold air feed

this is what i was aiming for

so i cut a hole the diamiter of my pipe

just wired the earth and live to the battery and it worked :)

Haha that would explain why my steering feels weird and y they are so close to my manifold. thanks very much for pointing that out :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

and they are adjustable. I'm still on the look for heated ones with big fat bolters which came on the higher spec 944 924 etc
