Just read this thread begining to end and appsolutly loved it wiked mate.

I really fancy putting bike carbs on my 1.3 mk2 loon will they make much difference without a GT Cam?

yeah iv thought that some times. the old bumpers make it looks abit fatter and yeah man some fatter wheels for the back are coming soon ;)

haha cheers man. yeah man should make a difference, just make sure u get a proper inlet mani n dnt waste time and do em twice like i did lol

more work done this weekend. RESPRAY!!

well the satin paint lasted well over a year so not bad considering i sprayed in on my sisters drive with a gazebo over me lol

so i had a few dents over the year and some surface rust had appeared where the paint had wore off so she needed a quick once over

will get pics up of the end result after i paint my roof

saw this in pvw, looks cool as now! only thing I'm not sure on is the pillars that you sprayed black along with the roof, doesnt look right to me

also i forgot about this car :lol:

I considered doing that paint treatment around the screen panelwork and roof when i was looking at revolites etc, looks great. Really like the hardcore element of this, looks hard as nails and a lot of fun.

The rude sound of multi carbs or a lader, either would suit it so well.

yeah man, thats the kinda style I'm going for :) a new engine is gona be a while away but i have some plans
