The 110bhp TDI se with aircon was apparently.

Well I think mines got most of the options bar the air-con and the multi-changer.

Wish it had bigger wheels tho, the 14s look so lost and it looks so stupidly high up!

Just wondering, does the 1.6 SR on the engine cover mean its got some sort of "special" tune version of the 1.6?

Done some fiddling about with the saloon today. Using it as the daily whilst I save up for some mods to the Estate.

Yes the colour is a bit bright but I think it works quite well with the green.

I`m due to get some money in a few weeks so looking at some alloys for the variant as I`ve decided to keep it rather than get rid but not sure which ones (as you can guess I am pretty indecisive!)

Looking at these options;-

these come in red, blue, white, black, silver and this colour

All of them are 17"s as I want decent ground clearance when its lowered without the wheels looking too small. I measured the clearance between the middle of the car and the ground on the ramp into our car park and I cant go lower than 50mm on the stock wheels and even then it would probably ground with any load in the car.

Just not sure which ones would suit the variant best. Probably get the same set but in a different colour for the loon as well later on.
