Right its now time to sell the Polo as i dont want to keep putting the miles up and cant justify running 2 cars.

I have spent alot of time and money on this car and really has been my pride and joy for around a year now, i have carried out alot of work on the car after an oil pressure problem i decided to give it a bit of an overhaul. Taxed until end of July '11 and MOT til end of May '11 (will be getting fresh 12months on this Friday.

New parts i have fitted around 1000 miles ago:

Oil pump

Big end bearings

Sump gasket

Thermostat housing

Track rods both sides

Water pump

ARB bushes

Oil & filter

Gearbox Oil

Temp sensor

Vacucum hoses

Track control arms

Sachs clutch kit

Head gasket kit, head bolts and seals etc

Air filter

Thermostat

Vavle stem seals

Front wheel bearings

Cambelt

Alternator belt

FK Hightec suspension kit (85mm front and 70mm back)

Additional work carried out in the process:

Shot blasted front struts/hubs, Painted Hammerite Gloss black

Clean and degrease of wheel arches

Skimmed head

Ported and polished

Stainless exhaust manifold studs

ATS Pepperpots just bought straight from refurb around 200 miles ago (£400) with brand new Yokohama a539's in Candy white, custom made centre caps

Probably loads of bits i have forgotten but thats the main spec, the car is in very good conition throughout, I have recent receipts of all work i have carried out of over £400 on parts.

Bad bits:

Two patches of rust on the bonnet

Small patch of rust on the bottom of drivers door and also below rear bumper

Leak from cam seal and drive end cover seal, will try and get these sorted before sold

A whine which i think might be coming from the new oil pump if i get round to sorting the leak on drive end cover before sale i will chek tension on oil pump

Tiny hole in driver seat

Clips broken of glovebox lid so is not fitted

Few parking dinks mainly on drivers side

With the amount spent on the car in mind and the hard work also the price is £1300ovno
