Yeah, I really need to get the dent fixed.. shouldn't cost too much!

Alas, I changed the grill a few weeks back to standard + plonked a black badge in there too!

Hey bud,

Do you have any info or a DIY on the Joey mod for the head lights?

I am wanting to do a Joey mod on my Polo and am currently looking for any info I can find on it.

TIA!

I'm looking at doing my rear lights, how much hassle was it to change them? And how much did they cost? I would appreciate your help.

TT comps and coilies are lined up for very soon.

On another note, bought a new leather gaitor and maple anthracite gear knob (6Q0064230).

Gaitor arrived grand, the gear knob came today after 10 days waiting, when it says on the parcel 'recored delivery' .. to bad it's just the standard 9n3 gear knob. The chap used this photo and referenced the part number.. -_-

Was expecting this..

On a minor update note, bought a new leather gaitor and maple anthracite gear knob (Part no. 6Q0064230).

Gaitor arrived grand with no bother.

But the gear knob came today after 10 days waiting, when it says on the parcel 'recored delivery' .. to bad it's just the standard 9n3 gear knob.

So basically ordered what I thought was a maple anthracite gear knob, as the seller shows a photo + provides the part number.. but obviously he can't tell the different in them..

Was expecting this..

Adjusters are out thanks to Matt Jackson's guiding hand (Check out his previous car here http://www.ilovebass.co.uk/photos/matthew-jackson/ ), dropping the front more before long. Will have photos with the coils in soon.

Christmas is fast approaching, and need opinions on these.. can pick both up for a good price.. but can't decide which?!

Half leather + alcantara VS. Full leather?

I must point out that I know the shocks should technically be resting on the rear springs.. not the fronts ;)

Just asked him for a few photos of the driver side.

How like new can we make these? Best way to sort out the creases?

Also, have sourced a 9n3 GTI being taken apart, perhaps some goodies out of that too?

Long overdue, just got fed up and hacksawed.. like everyone else on here! I do like glass bungs, can't justify £23 for one though!

Easiest mod yet.. on another note, got a mk4 golf mirror on it's way.. really need one back now! Also, would like to remove the backing on the rear badge and just have the actual VW bit on.. but there'd be too much silver going on I'd say!

Got a lovely box from Hong Kong in the post today, the mighty cubby box! It is a pretty good piece of kid, however.. it doesn't fit 100% without sanding the edges on the centre console.. it tended to catch on them.. and still closed before hand.

Update for once:

Polo TDi Sport interior came. £149 for the full interior + £40 with senditnow from Devon.

Have 2 problems, but will be sorted soon. The seller cut the passenger air bag plug off the seat.. but that is being sent to me with the middle rear seat belt assembly. The rear set belt set up is different.. but this will be sorted soon also. Will have photos when they are cleaned up!

I'm with Quinn, I'm now 18, one years no claims, all mods declared and it's £1379 I think for the year. Third party fire and theft!

Cheers, not cheap then :(

These are available from the dealers, I think my one cost about 38.97 and it fitted perfectly with no modification. I've noticed your bumpstrips are colour coded did yours come like this or if you had the, done how much did it cost as it suits the car really well.

These alloys gone up for sale yet bud? If still available, message me a price.

Cheers
