in Tewkesbury, cheapest is 136.9 for petrol, 139.9 for diesel, nearby cheltenham, 130.9 petrol, 132.9 diesel?? wtf =/

Tesco near me (kidsgrove) is 132.9 at the moment for petrol, cheapest I've seen :/
